  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Roasted red peppers sliced
  • 4 oz Goat cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh basil chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. Spread softened goat cheese on each crostini.
  5. Top with sliced roasted red peppers and chopped fresh basil.
