Roasted Red Pepper and Goat Cheese Crostini

Main Ingredients
- 1 loaf Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Roasted red peppers sliced
- 4 oz Goat cheese softened
- 1 tablespoon Fresh basil chopped
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
Spread softened goat cheese on each crostini.
Top with sliced roasted red peppers and chopped fresh basil.
