- 2 lbs Potatoes cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the potato chunks with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
