Instructions

  2. Rub the pork loin with olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and rosemary.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let the pork loin rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
