Main Ingredients
- 4 medium golden beets peeled and cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Peel and cut the golden beets into wedges.
Place the beets on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Toss the beets to coat them evenly.
Roast in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until tender.
Serve warm.
