Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the top off each garlic head to expose the cloves.
Drizzle olive oil over the exposed garlic cloves.
Wrap each garlic head in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the garlic is soft and golden brown.
Let cool, then squeeze the roasted garlic out of the cloves.
