  • 2 heads Garlic whole
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the top off each garlic head to expose the cloves.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the exposed garlic cloves.
  4. Wrap each garlic head in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the garlic is soft and golden brown.
  6. Let cool, then squeeze the roasted garlic out of the cloves.
