  • 2 whole Delicata Squash washed and sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the delicata squash in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds, and slice into ½-inch thick pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the squash slices with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the squash slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the squash is tender and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
