  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.
  3. Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with olive oil.
  4. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Place the cauliflower steaks on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
