Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Thyme fresh or dried
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Spread the carrots out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized, stirring halfway through.
