- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until they are golden brown and crispy.
While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, mix the balsamic vinegar and honey in a small bowl.
Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately.
