  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  5. While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, mix the balsamic vinegar and honey in a small bowl.
  6. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Serve immediately.
