  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • ½ cup Dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup Sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the broccoli florets on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and slightly browned.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the roasted broccoli, dried cranberries, and sliced almonds.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
