Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Turkey about 12-14 pounds
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 bunch Fresh Herbs such as rosemary, thyme, and sage

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Pat the turkey dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the turkey with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the fresh herbs inside the turkey cavity.
  5. Put the turkey in a roasting pan and roast for about 4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let the turkey rest for 20-30 minutes before carving.
