Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Turkey about 12-14 pounds
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 bunch Fresh Herbs such as rosemary, thyme, and sage
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
Pat the turkey dry with paper towels.
Rub the turkey with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the fresh herbs inside the turkey cavity.
Put the turkey in a roasting pan and roast for about 4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Let the turkey rest for 20-30 minutes before carving.
