Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed if frozen
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 Tomatoes sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and fit it into a tart pan. Prick the bottom with a fork.
  3. Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the puff pastry.
  4. Arrange the tomato slices on top of the ricotta.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the pastry is golden and the tomatoes are roasted.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
