- 1 baguette, sliced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread ricotta mixture on toasted baguette slices.
Top with halved cherry tomatoes and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
