  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread ricotta mixture on toasted baguette slices.
  6. Top with halved cherry tomatoes and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
