  • 4 bell peppers halved and seeded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stuff each bell pepper half with the ricotta mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the filling is golden brown.
