- 4 Bell Peppers tops cut off and seeds removed
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, tomato sauce, shredded cheese, salt, and black pepper.
Stuff the bell peppers with the rice mixture.
Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until peppers are tender.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to brown the tops.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
