  • 4 Bell Peppers tops cut off and seeds removed
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, tomato sauce, shredded cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stuff the bell peppers with the rice mixture.
  4. Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until peppers are tender.
  6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to brown the tops.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
