Rice and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 1 cup Broccoli Florets
- 1 cup Sliced Carrots
- 1 cup Bell Pepper Strips
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add the broccoli, carrots, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
Add the cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir well to combine and heat through.
Serve hot.
