Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rice
  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the shrimp, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the shrimp turns pink.
  5. 5. Stir in the soy sauce and lemon juice. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. 6. If using, add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  7. 7. Serve the shrimp mixture over the cooked rice.
