Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Basmati rice rinsed
  • 1 lb Chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. 3. Add chicken cubes, cook until browned.
  4. 4. Stir in rinsed rice, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and turmeric.
  5. 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
