Ingredients 

Filling

  • 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Topping

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped rhubarb, granulated sugar, and 2 tablespoon of flour. Mix well and spread evenly in a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix rolled oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and 1 cup of flour until crumbly. Sprinkle over the rhubarb mixture.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly. Let it cool slightly before serving.
