Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 bag Tortilla chips
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup Sliced jalapeños
  • ¼ cup Chopped cilantro
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ½ cup Guacamole

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips out on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded chicken evenly over the chips.
  4. Top with black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
  8. Serve with sour cream and guacamole on the side.
