  • 2 cups Watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Mint, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the watermelon, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. 2. Add the crumbled feta cheese and chopped mint to the bowl.
  3. 3. Drizzle the olive oil and lime juice over the salad.
  4. 4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Gently toss everything together until well combined.
  6. 6. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
