Instructions
1. Boil potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.

3. Add cooled potatoes, celery, red onion, and fresh dill to the bowl. Mix well.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
