Raspberry Chipotle Sauce Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Raspberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce chopped
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
In a saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, chipotle peppers, apple cider vinegar, and salt.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Blend the mixture until smooth.
Strain the sauce through a sieve to remove seeds. Serve warm or chilled.
