Ingredients 

Brownie Layer

  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder

Cheesecake Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup raspberry jam

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well.
  3. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until well combined. Pour into the prepared pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  5. Spread cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer. Drop raspberry jam by spoonfuls and swirl with a knife.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the cheesecake is set. Cool before cutting into squares.
