Main Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup fresh raspberries
- ½ cup goat cheese, crumbled
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and cocoa powder.
In another bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in raspberries and goat cheese.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool before cutting into squares and serving.
