  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter cold, cut into pieces
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Fresh raspberries

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, ground almonds, and sugar.
  3. Add cold butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in the beaten egg and vanilla extract until the dough comes together.
  5. Press the dough into a tart pan and arrange raspberries on top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  7. Let it cool before serving.
