Main Ingredients
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 egg
- 2 beef patties
- 2 slices cheese
- Lettuce
- Tomato slices
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook ramen noodles as per package instructions, drain and let cool.
Beat the egg and mix with cooled noodles.
Divide noodles into 4 portions, shape into buns using a ramekin or similar mold.
Heat sesame oil in a pan, fry noodle buns until golden brown on both sides.
Season beef patties with salt and pepper, cook in vegetable oil to desired doneness.
Assemble burgers with noodle buns, beef patties, cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
Drizzle soy sauce over the burger before serving.
