Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 0.5 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 0.5 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 0.25 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup black olives, sliced
  • 0.25 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 0.25 cup Italian dressing

Instructions 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.
  3. Pour Italian dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
