  • 1 bunch Radishes sliced thin
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice radishes and cucumber thinly.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine radishes, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  4. 4. Garnish with chopped fresh dill before serving.
