Main Ingredients
- 1 bunch Radishes sliced thin
- 1 cup Cucumber sliced thin
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
1. Slice radishes and cucumber thinly.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine radishes, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
3. Toss well to combine.
4. Garnish with chopped fresh dill before serving.
