Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • ¼ cup diced ham optional
  • ¼ cup chopped spinach optional
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. Add shredded cheese, diced ham, chopped spinach, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until quiche cups are set and lightly golden.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
