Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Flour Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
- 1 tablespoon Butter
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle cheese evenly over it.
3. Top with the second tortilla and cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Flip the quesadilla and cook until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted, another 2-3 minutes.
5. Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve warm.
