- 1 whole Pumpkin medium-sized
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the pumpkin into wedges and remove the seeds.
In a mixing bowl, toss the pumpkin wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
