  • 2 cups Milk or any non-dairy alternative
  • 0.5 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin spice
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine oats and milk. Cook over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
  2. 2. Stir in pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Serve warm, optionally topped with nuts or additional maple syrup.
