Pumpkin Spice Latte
A cozy, homemade version of the popular fall drink.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups milk any kind
- 2 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon sugar or to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½ cup strong coffee or espresso
- as needed whipped cream optional
In a saucepan, whisk together milk, pumpkin puree, and sugar. Cook over medium heat until hot, but do not boil.
Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and coffee.
Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream, if desired. Sprinkle a little extra pumpkin pie spice on top.
