Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Pumpkin puree
- 2 cups Almond milk
- ½ cup Chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon Maple syrup or to taste
In a mixing bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, almond milk, chia seeds, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Stir well before serving. Enjoy!
