Main Ingredients
- 6 cups Day-old bread, cubed
- 1 cup Pumpkin puree
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 3 Eggs large
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
- 0.5 teaspoon Ground ginger
- 0.25 teaspoon Ground cloves
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, milk, heavy cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and spices.
Add the cubed bread to the mixture and stir until the bread is well coated.
Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to allow the bread to soak up the liquid.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
