Main Ingredients
- 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup Pumpkin puree
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
