  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Stir in pumpkin puree, heavy cream, and dried sage. Cook for a few minutes until heated through.
  4. 4. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese.
