Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Pumpkin puree
- 8 oz Pasta
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add pumpkin puree and heavy cream to the pan. Stir to combine.
4. Season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
5. Toss the cooked pasta in the pumpkin sauce. Mix well.
6. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
