Pumpkin Avocado Tostadas

Main Ingredients
- 4 Tostada Shells
- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Avocado sliced
- ½ cup Red Onion diced
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place tostada shells on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes until crispy.
In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Spread the pumpkin mixture evenly over each tostada shell.
Top with sliced avocado, diced red onion, and chopped cilantro.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
