Pulled Pork Ingredients
- 3 lbs Pork Shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 6 buns Sandwich Buns
1. Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. Pour the mixture over the pork shoulder.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
5. Shred the pork using two forks.
6. Serve the shredded pork on sandwich buns.
