Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 lb Pork Shoulder
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. 2. Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over it.
  3. 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender and easily shredded.
  4. 4. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
  5. 5. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix it with the sauce.
  6. 6. Serve hot on buns or as desired.
