- 1 whole Cantaloupe Melon ripe
- 8 slices Prosciutto thinly sliced
1. Cut the cantaloupe in half and remove the seeds.
2. Slice the melon into 8 wedges and remove the rind.
3. Wrap each melon wedge with a slice of prosciutto.
4. Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately.
