Prosciutto Melon Salad Recipe

- 1 whole Cantaloupe ripe, peeled, and sliced
- 8 slices Prosciutto thinly sliced
- 1 cup Arugula fresh
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
1. Arrange the cantaloupe slices on a serving platter.
2. Drape the prosciutto slices over the cantaloupe.
3. Scatter the arugula over the top.
4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
