  • 1 baguette Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 8 slices Prosciutto
  • 1 cup Melon cubed (cantaloupe or honeydew)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic glaze
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for about 5 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  4. Top each crostini with a slice of prosciutto and a cube of melon.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper to taste.
