Prosciutto Melon Crostini Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 baguette Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
- 8 slices Prosciutto
- 1 cup Melon cubed (cantaloupe or honeydew)
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic glaze
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Bake for about 5 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Top each crostini with a slice of prosciutto and a cube of melon.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper to taste.
