Prosciutto Fig Crostini Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 loaf Baguette sliced
- 8 pieces Fresh figs quartered
- 8 slices Prosciutto
- 0.5 cup Goat cheese
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- to taste Fresh thyme leaves
- as needed Olive oil
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brush baguette slices with olive oil and toast in the oven for 5 minutes.
Spread goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
Top with prosciutto and fig quarters.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves.
