  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced
  • 8 pieces Fresh figs quartered
  • 8 slices Prosciutto
  • 0.5 cup Goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • to taste Fresh thyme leaves
  • as needed Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush baguette slices with olive oil and toast in the oven for 5 minutes.
  3. Spread goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
  4. Top with prosciutto and fig quarters.
  5. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves.
