  • 6 medium Potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 stalks Celery chopped
  • ½ cup Red Onion chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil potatoes in a pot until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Add cooled potatoes, celery, and red onion to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
