  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
