  • 4 medium Potatoes peeled and grated
  • 1 medium Onion grated
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • 0.5 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Peel and grate the potatoes and onion. Place them in a large bowl.
  2. 2. Add the beaten eggs, flour, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
  3. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Scoop spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the hot oil, flattening them with a spatula.
  5. 5. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
