Main Ingredients
- 2 large Portobello mushrooms stems removed
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
2. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the portobello mushrooms.
3. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
4. Grill the mushrooms for about 5-7 minutes on each side until tender.
5. Serve hot.
