Ingredients

  • 2 large Portobello mushrooms stems removed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the portobello mushrooms.
  3. 3. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Grill the mushrooms for about 5-7 minutes on each side until tender.
  5. 5. Serve hot.
